When I spotted Murray Hunt for sale, it was a no-brainer. A long established, iconic HomeStore based in Otorohanga, Waikato for over 50yrs. Drawn to the heritage of the business along with my recent depoarture from Flower Farming, I was ready for my next challenge. Something that would enable to continue homeschooling my lil one and allow me to maximise family time....

My love of design, textures, scents and cultures has lead me down many creative and fulfilling paths since childhood. My curiosity and imagination has always been honoured and supported by my parents, specifically my mom, who taught us that anything we imagined, could be created, with the right amount of hard work, persistence and can-do attitude. Failure was never shied away from. It simply meant a lesson and a step closer to success. Zoila (aka Denise) taught us to sew, stitch, build and cook from toddler age. Growing up, the world really was our oyster and we could go as far as we were willing to.
Me and my team at Murray Hunt are all about an experience that is simply second to none. Time is precious, and if someone chooses to spend their time with us, we hope to inspire and bring a lil joy into their day, of course along with a lil of our style..​
